This talk will encourage you to look beyond your local teams to find your people and helpful resources in a broader landscape.

This talk will share the 5-year journey of developing a successful Community of Practice. This example will serve to illustrate what can be accomplished from small steps to find your people. Attendees will learn how the landscape can create collaboration opportunities and what makes some communities thrive more than others.
